My parents are both from Europe. Growing up as a child we had a variety of different foods. My father was a Frenchmen who loved cheese. The stinkier the greener the better. Ugh, but one thing I did love and that we ate often were artichokes. Did you know they are one of the oldest known foods? 2 large artichokes
4 cloves garlic, freshly pressed
Celtic sea salt
1/2 c organic low sodium chicken broth or veggie broth
