Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancake

This is a quick and easy meal to make in minutes. After a hard workout, you need to refuel your body with real food.  Your muscles are ready to absorb quality proteins.

Ingredients

4 egg whites or vegan egg replacer

1/2 c old fashioned oatmeal

1/2 banana

1 tbsp. organic raw coconut oil

Cinnamon to taste

Toppings:

1 tbsp. 100% fruit jam or your favorite fruit

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix it well
  2. Cook in a pan at medium heat
  3. Cook each side about 5 minutes
  4. Top with your favorite 100% jam or fruit
