Banana Peach Protein Shake

Here is another delicious protein shake to add to your recipe box.  Great for after a workout or an afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients

1 c Water or Almond Milk

1 c Frozen Peaches

1/2 Whole Frozen Banana

1 Scoop of protein powder optional

Instructions

Put everything in the blender, blend and enjoy!
