I love these healthy wraps! Bursting with living enzymes to help your digestion. Full of anti-oxidents to help ward off disease and they just plain taste good.
You can make this a low carb meal by using a "green" wrapper such as romaine lettuce, ice burg, or collard greens. If you want add some protein to the wrap or on the side. This is a great dish to keep in the fridge so you can grab and go!
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 apple
Mango slices
Golden raisins
Juice of 1/2 lime
Wrap of choice or romaine, iceberg or any green, leafy vegetable for the wrap
