Colorful Fruit and Veggie Wraps

I love these healthy wraps! Bursting with living enzymes to help your digestion. Full of anti-oxidents to help ward off disease and they just plain taste good.

You can make this a low carb meal by using a "green" wrapper such as romaine lettuce, ice burg, or collard greens. If you want add some protein to the wrap or on the side. This is a great dish to keep in the fridge so you can grab and go!

Ingredients

1 tomato

1 cucumber

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 apple

Mango slices

Golden raisins

Juice of 1/2 lime

Wrap of choice or romaine, iceberg or any green, leafy vegetable for the wrap

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruit and vegetable into bit size pieces and place in glass bowl (looks really pretty)
  2. I use the Vidalia Chop Wizard it makes chopping so easy. No, I don't sell them, I am just a gadget lover
  3. Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit and vegetable to help keep them fresh
  4. Fill your wrapper of choice with the salad and enjoy!
