I love this time of year and can’t seem to get enough cinnamon and nutmeg. You are going to love this fat burning apple pie smoothie. You can use store bought almond milk or use my recipe to make your own home made almond milk or my 5 minute almond milk recipe.
1 Honey crisp apple
12 oz almond milk, or homemade almond milk
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon to taste (1/2 tsp.)
Dash of nutmeg
ice cubes
Stevia (optional)
