Easy Breakfast or Post Workout Egg Sandwich

Everyone Loves an Easy Breakfast!This is so easy anyone can make this breakfast or anytime meal.  It's all about what you feed your body.  There is no secret, no magic pill just plain old clean and lean eating.  Oh, wait, maybe that is the secret!

Ingredients

1 ezekiel muffin

2 egg whites

1 egg yoke

1 slice of tomato

A pinch of parmesan cheese

1 handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. Toast the ezekiel muffin
  2. Scramble the 2 egg whites and the egg yoke 
  3. On the toast, place the scrambled eggs, 1 slice of tomato, 1 handful of spinach, and a pinch of parmesan cheese
