Laura is dedicated to empowering women to cultivate confidence, create an intuitive connection with their bodies, and radiate vibrancy and health at every stage of life. Alongside being a Sound Therapy Practitioner, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Reiki Master, Fitness Professional, Yoga Nidra Teacher, Health Coach, and Author, she is foremost a devoted wife and mother to three incredible children.
Her wellness adventure began with fitness, but life threw in some real challenges—Hashimoto’s, Vitiligo, autoimmune, a spine stress fracture, and the intricate dance of family and business. In those moments, she felt a gap, a longing for something more. And then came her spiritual awakening. Delving into the world of Sound Healing, Reiki, Biofield Tuning, Yoga, Meditation, and the fascinating realm of the electric body.
Laura is deeply passionate about helping women live their best lives—feeling truly amazing, loving fiercely, and embracing their unique selves every single day. She believes that everyone holds the power to create the life they crave. Kayla Eckstein
On her journey, Kayla sensed a deep calling beyond her current circumstances. Her wellness journey, sparked by yoga, involved overcoming challenges such as herniated discs, social anxiety, PTSD, autoimmune issues, and corporate fatigue. Feeling a missing piece, she embarked on an inward journey, rediscovering her fearless childhood self, leading to a reclaiming of humility, confidence, and creativity, breaking free from limiting beliefs.
As a Self-worth Coach, and Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, she passionately guides women through transformative journeys, helping them find courage and purpose for the next layer of healing and energetic shifts.
With guidance from a life coach, Kayla identified what made her truly alive and authentic – her path back to her fearless childhood performer self. Inspired by this, she delves into coaching on self-worth and the subconscious mind, using science-backed tools like NLP and EFT tapping to recreate the highest vibration in the body.
