Who doesn't love a smoothie? This one is power packed with nutrition, greens, chia seeds, orange and a little bit of "Laura London Love"  (LLL)  Let me know how you like the smoothie with a touch of orange.

Ingredients

3/4 c Water

1/2 Frozen banana

2 Handfuls of spinach

2 Clementines or oranges or peaches

1 tbsp. Chi Seeds
