Post Workout Protein Shake

One of the best times to add a protein shake to your diet is after a hard workout. This is the perfect time to add highly absorbent protein to your body to help build and repair your muscles.

Ingredients

1 Scoop Protein Powder

8 oz Water

4 oz almond milk

1 whole peeled & sliced cucumber

1 organic apple

1 piece kale

handful frozen blueberries

Optional Super-Foods

1 tsp. chia seeds

1 tsp. bee pollen

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in your blender and drink up!
