1 Scoop Protein Powder
8 oz Water
4 oz almond milk
1 whole peeled & sliced cucumber
1 organic apple
1 piece kale
handful frozen blueberries
Optional Super-Foods
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. bee pollen
