Apple cider vinegar is going to be your new BFF
I have been the talking apple cider vinegar and lemon “health” drink for years now. After you read this article I know that you are going to want to incorporate it into your daily routine too.
Raw apple cider vinegar is great in so many different ways, it will beautify your skin, your hair, your house, and even your pets can benefit from its qualities.
The brand I use is by Braggs and it is because it is unfiltered, unpasteurized and has the “mother” floating around in it. The mother is the natural sediment from the apples. Regular apple cider vinegar that is heated does not have the mother and that is a big difference.

Dilute ACV with two parts water, and use a cotton ball to replace your current toner. You can do this at night after washing, and in the morning before you apply your moisturizer Sometimes I add a drop of lavender essential oil to this. Lavender is very calming to the skin.
Dab apple cider vinegar on a blemish before going to bed and this can help to clear it up faster.
3. Apple cider helps to balance the bodies inner pH level.
Drinking the apple cider health drink during the day is great to give your body a boost of energy. The drink helps to alkalize the body and keep it in balance giving you a more energized feeling.
4. Apple cider vinegar is also a natural detoxifier.
The apple cider vinegar can aid the liver in detoxification. Your liver is your fat burning organ and it can easily get overloaded if you are eating processed foods, using personal care products that contain a lot of toxic chemicals, take medications, drink etc. They all can add to an overloaded liver.
