Eggs And Salsa Breakfast
Eggs and Salsa – This is a simple and easy breakfast to make on a weekday, as an afternoon snack or even on the weekend.
Two ingredients make this recipe. Eggs and my favorite Paul Newman’s Pineapple salsa. (I use this on everything). It’s low in salt.

Simple Eggs & Salsa
Simple Eggs & Salsa - This is one of my favorite breakfasts or even a mid afternoon snack. Simple & Easy.
4 egg whites or 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
2 tbsp. Paul Newman's Pineapple Salsa
- Add eggs to pan and cook until just turning white
- Spoon in salsa
- Flip omelet over salsa
- Then flip whole omelet and finish cooking
