2 pieces of Ezekiel sprouted grain bread, or gluten free bread
3 slices avocado
2 tbsp. hummus
2 slices tomato
2 slices yellow bell pepper
2 slices cucumber
Handful of baby greens, or lettuce
Handful of sprouts
Cayenne pepper to taste
