Think Girl Scout cookie taste here. I love a smoothie and when it tastes like a thin mint I am so excited! The cold of the ice, the green of the avocado and the mint flavor will have you doing the happy dance.
1 c coconut milk, rice milk, or hemp milk
3/4 c coconut water
1 tbsp. ground flax seed or ground chia seed
1 tbsp. cacao nibs
1 tsp. peppermint extract or 1 drop peppermint essential oil
1/2 c ice
Simply add all ingredients into a Blendtec Blender or high- speed blender. If needed, add water to reach your desired thickness. Use organic produce whenever possible. You can add extra protein to any smoothie by including either a scoop of your favorite protein powder or 3 tablespoons of hemp.
