Tuna & Sweet Potato

Try this tuna & sweet potato salad!

Ingredients

1 can solid white tuna in water, rinsed

1 cooked sweet potato

1 tbsp. Greek yogurt or almond yogurt

1 tbsp. lime juice

2 slices Ezekiel bread or gluten free bread

Lettuce & tomato

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, sweet potato, Greek yogurt and Lime Juice in a bowl
  2. Toast the sprouted grain or gluten free bread
  3. Top bread with tuna & sweet potato, lettuce and tomato
  4. Also try adding it to a salad or putting it in a lettuce wrap. Easy and simple!
