Turkey Meatballs with Garlic Parmesan

This is a great recipe that can be delivered to the table in many ways.  Try adding a pasta sauce, topping your salad with meatballs or here is one for the kids, put the meatballs on a stick and give them some organic ketchup!  Watch them gobble them up. Have fun with your foods and discover the world of spices and flavors.  Go ahead and experiment.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey

10 cloves garlic, chopped fine or pressed

1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and form meatballs the size of a golf ball
  2. Line a pan with wax paper
  3. Bake at 350 F. for 30-45 minutes.
