World's Best Greek Yogurt Dip

The worlds best greek yogurt Dip. Oh yeah baby! This is a keeper. I love Greek Yogurt and there are so many different ways you can use it. It is high in protein and low in sugar so it is great for making a Hot and Healthy body.

Ingredients

Organic Greek yogurt

1 cucumber, chopped and seeds scooped out

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2-3 garlic cloves, chopped

Fresh dill, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, cucumber, lemon juice and dill in the food processor 
  2. Blend well for 10-15 seconds - you don't want the dip to get soupy
  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

You can subsitute Greek Yogurt with almond or coconut yogurt for a dairy free version.
