In a hurry? Then try a 4 minute Tabata high -intensity workout. It’s great for fat burning and you will not be bored! Tabata is a cross between circuit training and CrossFit, which makes a killer workout.

Tabata workouts are great for fat burning because your metabolism will be fired up for the rest of the day after doing one of these workouts.
