You loved the original 100 squat challenge so much I made you another one! 5 different squats done 20 times each for a total of 100 squats. Be careful what you wish for! This is a great workout to at home or in the gym. You are going to feel your legs and your whole lower body burning. Do it once or go for three times in a row or add it to any of my circuit workouts. Just do it and feel the "London Burn".
