Get Ready for the 100 Squat Challenge 2.0
You loved the original 100 squat challenge so much I made you another one. 5 different squats done 20 times each for a total of 100 squats. Be careful what you wish for.
This is a great workout to at home or in the gym. You are going to feel your legs and your whole lower body burning. Do it once or go for three times in a row or add it to any of my circuit workouts. Just do it and feel the “London Burn”.

Repetition is great when doing squats. The beauty is that you only need room to stand to squat! That’s it. No excuses, if you can’t get to the gym or are traveling. As long as you can stand you can squat!

Doing squats engages your core so you don’t top and fall over. Plus your core and back muscles have to keep you balanced as you squat up and down. Most people think squats only working their lower body. Surprise!
