Warning This Cardio Core Workout May Burn Fat Off Your Body!
Get ready to work, sweat and feel The London Burn. We are doing a full body cardio core workout today. Grab a mat, towel and water bottle. Always warm up before starting any exercise program.
Make sure to try all my circuit workouts for a variety and a change of pace. These workouts are what is going to change the shape of your body.
Get it in and Get it Done
- 1 Circuit – Done 3 Times
- 15 Reps of each exercise
- Run through the whole circuit and then repeat two more times.

- Squat with sidearm swings
- Mountain Climbers
- V Splits
- Ab – Knee to Elbow Crunches
- Fires “LL” Style
Go At Your Own Pace – Start Where You Are
Catch your breath and then do it two more times. Modify any exercise to fit your ability level. Just keep moving. If you can only do the workout modified one time that is great! All my workouts are “adjustable” to any fitness level by going at your own pace and modifying the movements.
The important part is just moving the body for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.
