Get Ready To Feel The “London Burn” – Booty Workout

Booty Workout – Get ready to work, work, work. Did I say work, I also meant squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. These are some traditional lower body moves that I love to do and I know you will grow to love them too. In total, we will be doing 100 booty moves.

  3. Step Ups
  4. Squats with a Side Kick
  5. Hip Lifts
