Holiday Workout – Time to get your Holiday Workout In. No Excuses because you can do it at home, in the gym or at a park.

Holiday Circuit Workout

I created this Holiday workout just for you! Just because we are busy with holiday preparations and shopping  does not mean it’s time to forget about ourselves. This is a great workout you can do at home, in the gym or at the park.  Do each exercise 1o times and then repeat for a total of three times.  It will get your heart pumping and your body in fat burning mode for the rest of the day.

Get it in and get it done.  Have fun and Happy Holidays.
