Sexy Slammin Upper Body Band Workout

Five resistance band exercises for the upper body and 50 push ups. Do at home or in the gym. Grab a set of resistance bands and your energy.

Lisa, this one is for you. You asked for an upper body workout and here it is. 5 exercises for the upper body plus 50 push ups!

Be careful what you ask me for. Just kidding. This is a great workout you can do at home or in the gym. All you need are a set of bands and some energy. You know I don’t give you baby workouts at Laura London Fitness.

Go grab a resistance band, a mat, water bottle and get ready to SLAM that sexy upper body.

The Workout

  • 15 Overhead Shoulder Presses
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Up Right Shoulder Rows
  • 10 Push Ups
  • Rear Back Fly
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Bicep Upper Cuts & 15 Bicep Curls
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Triceps Extensions
  • 10 Push Ups
