My Favorite Lower Body Chair Workout

Go grab your chair for this lower body chair workout.  You are going to love this one. Great for a quick workout when you don’t have time to get to the gym. You know I love changing my workouts because it keeps your muscles guessing.  Plus, I just love coming up with new and creative ways to workout.  Working out should be fun. When you are having fun you will start to look forward to your workouts.

**ALWAYS WARM UP with light stretching or cardio for 5-10 minutes before performing exercises**
