My journey into wellness began with fitness. Movement was the catalyst that helped me transform my health, build confidence, and reconnect with my body.
Along the way, I experienced my own challenges, including Hashimoto’s, Vitiligo, a stress fracture in my lower spine, raising a family, running a business, and learning how to care for myself while caring for everyone else.
While fitness gave me a strong foundation, I knew there was something more. That curiosity led me to explore sound baths, crystal singing bowls, Reiki, Biofield Tuning, yoga, meditation, and the incredible connection between the body, mind, and energy.
What I discovered is that true wellness is about more than exercise or nutrition alone. It is about feeling connected to yourself. When your body, mind, and heart are working together, you begin to move through life with greater ease, clarity, confidence, and joy.
