Why I love Kangoo Jumps
When it comes to losing weight, and really making sure that the pounds stay off, there are a lot of different ways you can get started. One of the best options to hit the market today is in the form of Kangoo Jumps.
The shoes allow you to hit the ground running with a little bounce in each step. Each time you move forward you will be jumping, never really getting the full impact of the concrete. This means less stress on the joints, and less risk of injury. The results are starting to pour in from people that are looking into rebounding as a way to lose weight and gain lean muscle.
Now I think I am in pretty good shape. OMG, was I in for a surprise! I put on my Kangoo Jumps and went outside and told my husband I would be back in 45 minutes. Well, after 10 minutes I was done. My legs were on fire and my heart rate was pumping. I would have to be on the treadmill for 30 minutes to come close to this. You can burn up to 20 calories a minute because every crazy weird little muscle in your legs are working to keep you from keeling over. The bounce also activates your core and butt muscles.
This Have Fun Working Out
I am in love with my Kangoo Jumps! I have a back issue and can’t run anymore (not that I really ever did). The shoes let me jump because they absorb the shock of jumping. Classes are popping up all over in gyms. Don’t be surprised if you see groups of people “Jumping” by in your neighborhood soon.
The first thing that you need to know about this option is that it works faster than jogging, running or even jumping alone. The breakthrough is the plyometric system that you’ll find to be helpful in getting the most out of your workouts. You simply put on the shoes and you bounce around in a controlled manner.
Kangoo Jumps Are An Amazing Workout For Your Whole Body
For those that are worried about balance, there is no real learning curve here. This option is quite easy to get used to, as the bounce is not something that is going to launch you far and wide. It’s a very stable and controlled rebound system. The movements will allow you to get full body work out. You don’t have to spend hours on end trying to get definition and tone.
Because you might be skeptical, the science has been backing this up for some time now. You see, the body needs a variety of motions to get a full work out done. Rebounding on a rebounder is another great form of exercise.
However, unlike running, you are not hitting the concrete hard with all your body weight, forward momentum and your joints aren’t absorbing the impact on every step. Instead the muscle contractions ease up and the joints are no longer locked or tensed with every bounce. That allows the body to distribute the impact throughout the body and isolate fat cells to lose them and replace them with lean muscle tissue.
This all seems too good to be true additionally, there are serious benefits to this. It’s not just a cardio vascular exercise option. It is truly a way to gain great muscle tone, lose weight and so much more. Studies have proven that this type of exercise is far better than traditional methods of losing weight. This is because it focuses on heart healthy motions that will definitely be beneficial for anyone that is looking to get a handle on their health and fitness routine.

Hi, I read your article and watched your video regarding the kangoo jumping workout, and wanted to know which workout has more health benefits and burns more calories, the jumping shoes workout or the rebounder/ mini trampoline workout. Please reply back. Thank you.

Hi John. They both are a great workout. I personally like the rebounder the best because you can use it in many different ways. You can use it as a weight bench, a meditation seat, you can tie a fitness band to it. As for calories each one depends on your weight, and the amount of effort you are using. So you could bounce lightly or firmly, fast or slow and that will be the true factor as to how many calories get burned. Hope that helps. Let me know what you choose.
