Vegan, Dairy & Gluten Free Milkshake
Cantaloupe Milkshake – This milkshake is vegan, gluten free and contains no dairy. It only has one ingredient, can you guess what it is? This is one of my favorite and easy drinks to make. It is so simple and can be made with different fruits. Pour over ice to make it fresh and cold. Nothing better on a warm summer day. You can also do this with any melon such as a watermelon or green melon.

Instructions
- Scoop out the cantaloupe and put it in the blender, mix until smooth and creamy. It will look like a light orange milk
