Juicing is a great way to start the day. It will fill you with vitamins and minerals and have you energized throughout the day.

Juicing Is A Vitamin Infusion For Your Body

Pick me up juice – This juice combination is my go to start the day off right juice.

Don’t have time to juice in the morning? No worries, I have got you covered.  You can juice any day of the week, make a batch and keep it in the fridge, ready to grab and go.  I love to keep my juices in these glass mason jars. The juice will keep for 4-5 days.

Need a mid-morning pick me up? Here's how to make Laura London's Mid Morning Pick Me Up Juice

Ingredients

1 Grapefruit - great for helping to break up cellulite

1/2 lemon - cleansing

1/2 cucumber - hydrating

1 bunch cilantro - great for heavy metal detoxing

1 big chunk of ginger - great for digestion

4 oz coconut water - for minerals

Instructions

Pour in your favorite cup and enjoy!
