Ab Crunches on the Toning Ball

One Minute Exercises – Ab Crunches on the Toning Ball

Enjoy my new series of One Minute Exercises. Combine them for a full workout or do one at a time! Mix and match body parts and you can have a variety of workouts.

Today we are doing Ab Crunches on the Toning Ball. The magic of this ab exercise is the extension you will feel throughout your whole core as you lean back.

This is an exercise where you really need to make that mind muscle connection.  I want you to think as if your upper body does not exist.  This movement is coming straight from the abs.

Contract the abs and crunch up, it is a very tiny movement.  These are pretty hard so if you can only do a few that is fine.  Build up your strength and you will be adding on more as you go.
