You have all been asking me for more upper body workouts.  Well, ask you you shall receive!  Today we are doing the Arm Fat Attack upper body workout.  This is a great workout for building up your upper body strength.  If you want to do push ups and are not strong enough to do them yet, then this workout is going to be your new BFF.

What you need for the upper body workout are a Pilates Ring and a light set of weights. Today I am using 5 pound weights.  If you are a beginner you may want to start with 2 or 3 lb. weights. I love changing up the works for you and this one is great because we are working on keeping the tension on your muscles throughout the workout. We are going to alternate between the ring and the weights.

If you don’t have a pilates ring yet, you can use a ball during the squeezing movements. I do suggest getting one because there are so many different ways to workout with the ring.  You can get my favorite PINK PILATES RING HERE.

Make sure to do my full body pilates workout, it is one of my favorites and gentle on the joints.

Benefits of Pilates Ring:

  • Helps to create leaner and longer muscles
  • Helps to improve posture
  • Great for building core strength
  • Helps to increase flexibility
  • Ideal for isometric training and to strengthen joints
  • Light weight, affordable and easy to transport
  • Great for beginners to advance
  • It’s challenging and fun!

You can get my favorite PINK PILATES RING HERE.
