Bounce Your Way to Weight Loss with Kangoo Jumps

Why I love Kangoo Jumps

When it comes to losing weight, and really making sure that the pounds stay off, there are a lot of different ways you can get started. One of the best options to hit the market today is in the form of Kangoo Jumps.

The shoes allow you to hit the ground running with a little bounce in each step. Each time you move forward you will be jumping, never really getting the full impact of the concrete. This means less stress on the joints, and less risk of injury. The results are starting to pour in from people that are looking into rebounding as a way to lose weight and gain lean muscle.

Now I think I am in pretty good shape. OMG, was I in for a surprise! I put on my Kangoo Jumps and went outside and told my husband I would be back in 45 minutes. Well, after 10 minutes I was done. I am in love with my Kangoo Jumps! I have a back issue and can’t run anymore (not that I really ever did).  The shoes let me jump because they absorb the shock of jumping.     Hi, I read your article and watched your video regarding the kangoo jumping workout, and wanted to know which workout has more health benefits and burns more calories, the jumping shoes workout or the rebounder/ mini trampoline workout. Please reply back. Thank you.

      Hi John. They both are a great workout. I personally like the rebounder the best because you can use it in many different ways. You can use it as a weight bench, a meditation seat, you can tie a fitness band to it. As for calories each one depends on your weight, and the amount of effort you are using. So you could bounce lightly or firmly, fast or slow and that will be the true factor as to how many calories get burned. Hope that helps. Let me know what you choose.
