Are you ready to kick it up, turn it up and fire it up. That’s what we are going to be doing with this circuit workout.
Three Circuits done three times each, don’t complain if you are out of breath because that is my goal… I may be sweet but I will kick your butt and make you work.
You will need:
- Exercise Bands
- Dumbell or Kettlebell
- Gymboss Timer or stop watch/clock
Circuit 1
- Squat with Overhead Shoulder Press
- Pendulum Lunges
- 30 Second Football Shuffle
Circuit 2
- Kettlebell/Dumbell swings
- Lunge with Overhead shoulder press
- Side Raises with band
- 30 Second High Knees
Circuit 3
- Bicep Curls with Band
- Up Right Rows with Band
- Ab Side Bends with Band
