Kodjo is doing some heart pumping fat burning cardio moves. I am getting down on the ground for some kick butt strength training moves. Together it makes for a high intensity rev up your metabolism, bun workout.

Full Body Weight Workout with Kodjo & Laura

Get ready for a full body workout. Today we are doing 6 cardio fat blasting exercises for 30 seconds each.  Run through the circuit 3-4 times.

The Exercises

  1. Push up & a toe touch
  2. Split Squat
  3. Mountain climbers
  4. Squat with a punch & kick
  5. Plank
  6. Squat jump with a floor touch
