Get Your Sexy Back Workout
Hi there! It has a been a while since I have posted a new workout. Have you ever heard of a Pars Defect? Well, apparently I have this genetic defect in my back. It is a hair line fracture and it can effect just about everything from the waist down.
I have been a little depressed because it has really thrown a curve call in my workouts. I am trying to work around it and it has been quite challenging. There are so many exercises I am not able to do right now and it honestly has thrown me into a little state of “feeling sorry for myself.” Here I am supposed to be the role model for health and I can barley work out right now without pain or other issues.
I really did not want to share this but I felt it was time to come clean. I feel a little out of sorts when it comes to making my workout videos on YouTube for you. But I felt, you know what, this is me I am not alone we all have issue and they should not stop us. We need to work around them and that is what I have been doing.
Thank you for letting me share that and be authentic and real. I am just a mom going through this all just like you and I want you too really understand that I am no different, I have just put myself out there in the public and I am forever grateful for all your support.
