Are your pants getting too tight? Halloween is just around the corner and I hope you have not been digging into the Halloween candy yet. I don’t buy candy until the day of Halloween so I am not tempted too much.
Enjoy my newest workout to tighten and tone your gorgeous curves. This is a compound workout video. We are doing 5 exercises for a total of twenty reps each.

- Full squat, hammer curl, overhead press
- Stationary lunge, overhead shoulder raise
- Deadlift, front raise, rear back fly
- Knee up ab crunches
- 20 squat jumps to get your heart pumping
