Got Confidence? Yes You Do!
You have it, we all have it. Sometimes it’s just a matter of finding where we put it. We all deal with different issues, but that’s just it we all do! You are not alone in this and together we can support each other and build confidence in each other.
Believe it or not I am really quite shy, oh wait, that was the old Laura. That shy Laura has never completely gone away and I fight with her each and every day. But she is not winning anymore. The outgoing Laura is stepping up to the plate and taking charge.
How I “found” my confidence
It was by pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone, to try new things and new experiences. Do you know what I found out? I found out that people are so wonderful and warm and welcoming. I was always afraid to stand out in a crowd or be different, I always wanted to blend in. Well let me tell you, life is so much better when you step out and let yourself enjoy.
“Feel the fear, but do it anyway”
Once you do try something new you realize it wasn’t that hard or that bad after all. You will look back and realize you can do anything, if you want to.
Self Limiting Beliefs
We all have them, but some of us listen to them much more than we should. Who told you, you can’t do this or you can’t do that or I am not good at it? I am telling you, you can do whatever you want (within reason).
Change your inner speak, when one of these negative self doubt thoughts pop into your head, don’t listen any more, kick it to the curb, step on it crush it and replace it with I CAN or I WILL or try That’s Easy, I Can Do That! You are good enough and you deserve to be happy and healthy.

Only you can do something about that. It has to come deep from within, a burning desired to change and then nothing will stop you but you.
