Today we are doing a lower body booty resistance band workout. Do you want to build a better butt? Then this is the workout for you. Resistance bands are an amazing tool to really hit the glutes in all the right places. I call this a “Zone Specific” workout. You can get a full-body workout, add variety and intensity to your strength-training exercises using resistance bands.
