Seven minutes to sexy is a great full body workout because you can get in and get it done in a short amount of time. The days of spending hours in the gym are long gone and it feels great to get a quick session in. Especially when you don’t have a lot of time. This workout will let you feel great and on with the rest of your day.
The Seven Minutes To Sexy routine is comprised of seven different exercises. You will be doing each exercise for one minute. Remember you can always run through the circuits 2-3 more times. Challenge yourself. Have fun!
