Sending you another Hot and Healthy circuit workout for the abs & shoulders. This great circuit works the shoulders, abs and even pulls in a little back work. Run through the whole circuit once, then repeat two more times, for a total three sets. Try to increase your weights each time. When you are struggling to bring the weight over your head you know its working!
