Ab And Shoulder Love
This is one of my favorite Ab and shoulder exercises. Do this exercise for 10-15 reps. Try to increase your weights each time. When you are struggling to bring the weight over your head you know its working.
I love this exercise because not only are you working your shoulders but your core too. Anytime you lift your arms over your head you are also engaging your core muscles. This is what I call a “focus” exercise. It’s not about doing it fast, or how many reps you can do. It is about focusing in on your core and really feeling the muscles engaging and working.
