Want to get rid of belly fat? Try fruits & vegetables!
Here are some of the many advantages to eating fruits and vegetables:
Higher Energy Levels
- Fruits and Veggies are much easier for your body to digest than cooked foods. The body has to expend about 80% of its energy to break down processed foods. Eating more fresh fruits and veggies lets your body take a break from digesting which makes you tired and slows you down. Now your energy levels will be higher and your overall health will be better.
Weight Loss
- Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of fiber and fiber fills us up so you will be satisfied and eat less. By starting your meal with a fresh salad or any raw, you automatically eat a smaller portion of a high-calorie processed food because there just isn’t enough space for it. Another amazing benefit of fiber is that it helps to push waste and toxins through your body that would otherwise be stored in your fat cells making you bloated and just plain unhappy.
Vitamins and minerals
- An apple a day keeps the doctor away. How many of you are even eating an apple a day? The more nutrients you have in you, the healthier you will be and the easier it will be to burn fat. Try and orange it will give you natural calcium, vitamins A and B, Magnesium, Zinc, Phosphorus and Potassium the way Mother Nature intended you to get it. Not in a toxic dye colored vitamin pill made of all man made ingredients.

Your cells are made of what you put in and on your body. Feed your body and your skin raw organic fruits and veggies because they are full of anti-aging antioxidants that help to fight free radical damage and aging.
