15 MINUTE STRONG AND SEXY WORKOUT – We are getting It In and Getting It Done today with my “15 Minute Strong and Sexy Workout”. Four exercises to challenge your body and get your heart rate pumping while burning calories!

Quick 15 Minute Workout

We are getting it in and getting it done today with my “15 Minute Strong and Sexy Workout”

4 exercises to challenge your body and get your heart rate pumping while burning calories!

  1. Speed Skaters
  2. Low Squat Hops
  3. Reverse Lunge with Karate Kick
  4. Steam Engines for ABS

Speed Skaters – Cross Left Leg behind right leg, touch the ground then hop up and over to left side

Speed Skaters – Cross right leg behind left and touch ground.  Repeat.

Low Squat Hops – Start in a low squat with feet together, jump feet out to the side staying low throughout the whole exercise

Low Squat Hops – Jump feet out side, staying low. Repeat,  hop in and hop out.  You will feel these!

Reverse Lunge With Karate Kick – Step back with your right leg into a reverse lunge

Reverse Lunge With Karate Kick – Kick foot up in front of you. Repeat 10 on right leg then 10 on the left leg

Steam Engines – Stand with feet together, lift left leg to left elbow and squeeze repeat on other side

Steam Engines – Stand with feet together, lift right leg to right elbow and squeeze repeat on other side
