30 second cardio blasts combines with 30 second strength training moves. This workout will kick your booty, get your heart pumping like never before while at the same time burning fat like crazy.

30 second cardio blasts combines with 30 second strength training moves. This workout will kick your booty, get your heart pumping like never before while, at the same time, burning fat like crazy.

We all need to exercise and the beauty of this workout is that you can get it in and get it done in 45 or less. You can do it at home, in the park, your hotel room, or at the gym.

Work your lower body, tone the booty, and sweat like a mother, that is a mother of fitness! We will lunge, squat, shoot hoops, and even stretch like an aborigine. To get the body you were meant to have. Plus you know we will have a lot of fun.


7 Circuits do them one time, two or three times, just make sure you do them!

Circuit 1

  • Alternating Front Lunges with weights
  • 30 Second Power Plyo Lunges

Circuit 2

  • Alternating front standing lunges w weights
  • 30 1/2 Burpees

Circuit 3

  • Weights squats with alternating kicks
  • 30 sec power Plyo Squat

Circuit 4

  • Power Plie Squat with weights
  • 30 Power Plyo Plies

Circuit 5

  • Weighted closed stance squat with side kicks
  • 30 Sec Fusion core and quad kicks

Circuit 6

  • Standing Calf raises w weights
  • 30 Sec sexy scissors

Circuit 7

  • Fusion Skiers
  • 30 Sec Shoot for the hoops
  • Cool Down
  • Aboriginee Stretch
