Quick 15 Minute Workout
We are getting it in and getting it done today with my “15 Minute Strong and Sexy Workout”
4 exercises to challenge your body and get your heart rate pumping while burning calories!
- Speed Skaters
- Low Squat Hops
- Reverse Lunge with Karate Kick
- Steam Engines for ABS
Speed Skaters – Cross Left Leg behind right leg, touch the ground then hop up and over to left side
Speed Skaters – Cross right leg behind left and touch ground. Repeat.
Low Squat Hops – Start in a low squat with feet together, jump feet out to the side staying low throughout the whole exercise
Low Squat Hops – Jump feet out side, staying low. Repeat, hop in and hop out. You will feel these!
Reverse Lunge With Karate Kick – Step back with your right leg into a reverse lunge
Reverse Lunge With Karate Kick – Kick foot up in front of you. Repeat 10 on right leg then 10 on the left leg
Steam Engines – Stand with feet together, lift left leg to left elbow and squeeze repeat on other side
Steam Engines – Stand with feet together, lift right leg to right elbow and squeeze repeat on other side
