Be careful what you ask me for. Just kidding. This is a great workout you can do at home or in the gym. All you need are a set of bands and some energy. You know I don’t give you baby workouts at Laura London Fitness.
Go grab a resistance band, a mat, water bottle and get ready to SLAM that sexy upper body.

- 15 Overhead Shoulder Presses
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Up Right Shoulder Rows
- 10 Push Ups
- Rear Back Fly
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Bicep Upper Cuts & 15 Bicep Curls
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Triceps Extensions
- 10 Push Ups
