Today is all about your upper body and feeling the “London Burn”. You ladies have been asking me for more upper body workouts so get ready for today’s Arms on Fire. You are going to need a light set of weights, 3 to 5 lbs. should be just right.
Changing up your exercise has many benefits for the body. Do you see the same people at the gym day after day, year after year and they always look the same? That is because the keep doing the same workouts over and over again and they are not getting the results they are looking for. One of the best ways to really shape and tone your body is to “switch it up”.
Challenge Your Body By Switching Up Your Workouts
You can switch it up by using dumbbells, machines, exercise bands, gliding disks, the BOSU, jumping rope, hula hooping, body weight exercises and more. There are so many different ways to challenge your body. One of my favorites is rebounding on a mini trampoline.
