Let’s Get SMEXY!
What is SMEXY? It is a combination of Smoking and Sexy! and that is what you goddesses are, SMEXY.
This is a great circuit workout for the upper body. Do this baby three times in a row and then let me know how you like it.
We are starting this workout with a set of AB exercises. Doing abs before your workout is a great way to warm up the whole body. Always remember to make that mind-muscle connection when you are working the abs. I want you to feel your muscles working. It is more important to feel the movement than to just do the movement.
We will be doing 4 circuits in this sexy sculpted upper body workout. If you are not able to do all four circuits than start with one or two and build up your strength. The beauty of my workouts is that they are adjustable to your ability level. REMEMBER there is no right or wrong just doing.
What you need:
- Mat
- Stability Ball or Chair
- Exercise Bands
- 1 Set of Light Weights
- 1 Set of Heavier Weights
- Bottle of Water
- A Big Smile
**ALWAYS WARM UP with light stretching or cardio for 5-10 minutes before performing exercises**
