How bad do you really want to get in shape? Something that frustrates me about being in the fitness world is that I hear so many people who tell me they want to lose weight and get in shape. They will start an exercise program, get very excited and then they seem to find one excuse after the other that keeps them from reaching their goals.
My question to you is how bad do you really want it?
This is an important question to ask yourself. Think about it. Let’s take a look at some of the excuses I have come across. There have been many!
The Person Who Really Wants To Do Something Finds a Way;
The Other Person Finds An Excuse.
When you are ready to make the changes it will be because you decided. No one else but you can turn on that flip inside of you. When you do, you will realize it was there all along!
Change your excuses to reasons:
- I can workout at home with my kids.
- I can get up 30 minutes early and fit in exercise.
- I can find a type of exercise that I enjoy doing.
- I can get a buddy for support.
- I can learn and read books and listen to audios on health and fitness.
- I am getting stronger every day.
- I am doing this.
- I am worth it.
- I can learn one new healthy recipe a week.
- I can do this!
