Today we are doing “Bring on the Burn” circuit workout and you are sure going to feel the “London Burn”. You know I love circuit workouts because they work so many muscle groups at once. We are busy and don’t have time to spend hours working out.  So my quick and efficient workouts solve the problem.

Benefits of Circuit Training
