Lose Your Love Handles Valentine Workout

Lose Your Love Handles Workout. I get lots of question on how to lose the Muffin Top and I have a great core workout for you.

I get lots of question on how to lose the Muffin Top or Love Handles and I have been promising a series of workouts dedicated to this special concern.

The first key is to eat healthy natural foods and to cut out the FRANKEN FOODS. I am not sure how many times I have to say it but I will keep saying it until it sinks in.  Your body does not know how to process them.  They are poison to the body and cause all sorts of inflammation.

The back has over 70 muscles in it and you know what?

muscles equal = FAT BURNING.

The second key is to work the core with rotational movements. This will work the muffin top from every angle.  It is called a muffin top because it is not just found in the front of your body, but goes all the way around to the back.

Now add in some cardio and you have yourself a formula to equal SUCCESS in Losing the Love Handles.
